Liturgy

Practice Notes

  • Chanting

If you are new, don't worry about getting every word or pitch right. Simply listening and letting the sound wash over you is a profound form of practice.

  • Postures

When chanting from home, we invite you to sit upright in a comfortable meditation posture or stand with hands in gassho (palms together at heart level) or shashu (hands crossed over the solar plexus) during dedications.
